How can I stop Windows config

Last week when I installed my Bluetooth CD I got an error during the
install. When I re-started my computer my Bluetooth worked just fine but
every time I start Vista it tries to install my driver and I keep cancelling
the installation. How can I stop this from happening? Where can I go to stop
Windows from configuring the Bluetooth software?
