How can I stop the BCM setup wizard from ever popping up again?

I don't want Business Contacts manager. the regular contacts tab in outlook
is just fine for me on my home pc. But every time I start outlook it starts
a business contacts manager setup wizard. If I try to set it up (on the
theory thta it just wants to be set up once and then I won't have to use it),
it tells me to buy a license (for something I have never heard of/don't
need/don't want). So I have to cancel out of this wizard every time I start
Outlook. Really suboptimal.

How do I make business contacts manager just go away and stop spamming me
with pop-ups?

That's not a popup. That's an application wizard.

If you don't want bcm, uninstall it.
