You cannot search in a report, but you can jump to a particular page by
typing a number into the page number (in the navigation buttons, lower left
of the window, beside the horizontal scrollbar.)
For example, if the report has 100 pages, sorted by name, and the name you
want starts with M, you could type 50 to jump to the middle of the report,
and then page back or forward from there.
If you just wanted that one record instead of all of them, you could open
the report to just that one record. Example of how to do that:
