How can I share my calendar with others on my network?

I have Microsoft Outlook 2000 SR-1. I want to share my calendar with
somebody else on my hard wired network. I tried picking that folder in the
folder list and clicking on Share, but nothing highlighted under Share.
"This Folder" was greyed out.

How can I do this?
