How can I share my calendar on line with certain managers

WE need a group calendar on line and one that we can sync with our blackberries
phones. When on the phone difficult to look up your schedule while speaking
on the phone. Would also like to have a individual calendar on line that can
sync with Blackberry that you can acces while on thew phone youd like to put
on To do for each day and acess on line and also print
