Phil,
There is a free third party program called !YPops (formally called
YahooPops), that will work with free (e-mail address removed), and I believe
(e-mail address removed) accts.
It will work with Outlook 2000 & Outlook 2003, and Outlook Express 6.0.
Download !YPops:

Make sure that you read the instructions carefully before installing, you
will need to change the settings for the servers, and acct UserID's in
Outlook's email acct settings. Now every once in awhile Yahoo will alter
their mail servers, and you will need to update this program. The
individuals that maintain this application, are very good in keeping it up
to date.

I would like to know how I can fully use Outlook to centralize my mulitple
email accounts into one location. Can I use Outlook to access Hotmail,
Gmail
and Yahoo mail?
Hotmail yes, as long as you a) install Outlook Connector and b) either have
a paid-for Hotmail account or convert your free account to a Live Hotmail
account.
GMail, yes - just see Help in GMail for how to do it.
Yahoo no not generally unless you have either a paid-for Yahoo account, or a
Yahoo UK or FR account. (There may be third-party add-ins that will allow
you to get your Yahoo email in Outlook).
