How can I set up pages to view without browser?

I would like to have a website with pages that do not come up in a browser,
but will have a command button to return to a page with a browser. Ideas?

You can't control what the user's computer displays the pages with. You can
only provide the pages in the format you want and hope it works.

WTF else is someone going to view an HTML page with besides a browser?

not possible. Web pages *have* to be viewed in a web browser.
