how can i set up outlook to see my home network and see all mail .

I have a home network with 2 computers connected, I want to be able to see
the mail in outlook on both computers so I dont have to go to each computer
to see the inbox of mail.
 
You can't do this. Just set up Outlook on both computers and set one or both
computers to Leave mail on Server so both computers can access it.
