How can I set up a telephone message in outlook?

I take loads of telephone messages a day at work when people are not at their
desks. Do you know if I can set up a while you were out message so I can
email it straight to them? I have outlook 2003. At a previous company I
worked at thier email package had the opetion to send a telephone message.
