How can I set up a PowerPoint to run on a web-site automatically?

I need a presentation to run automatically on a web-page and I'd like to
disable the ability to advance the slides so those viewing the presentation
can't jump ahead.
 
Go to slideshow menu then click slide transition....
Under Advance Slide check "Automatically after"
Then in the box below state how many minutes to wait before going to the
next slide
