how can i send and e-mail with a photo on the text place?

I'm trying to send a photo on the text place no as attachment, so when you
open the e-mail you see the picture
 
The message needs to be in HTML format, then use Insert, Pictures,
browse to the picture, and it will be inserted at the cursor location.
