How can I send an attachment without getting the attachmnt message

B

burdeenumnums

that seems to imbed itself into the body of my email stating "The message is
ready to be sent with the following file or link
attachments:..." etc???
Whenever I click on a Word document and right=click it to email, this is
what gets imbedded into my email text, and I then have to highlight it and
delete it. Not a big deal, I know, but a frustrating one because I have
found no way to disable this "feature".

If anyone out there knows how to disable it, i'd be interested in hearing
about it!

thanks so much.

It is part of Windows and not Outlook. I believe this message is hardcoded
somewhere in a dll-file and cannot be disabled.
