How can I send a distribution list without showing all members of

How can I email a distribution list without the recipients getting the email
showing everyone on the list? I've set up a distribution list called
Employees but when I email it out, the recipients get everyone else's email
addresses. How do I prevent this?

Put the distribution list in the bcc field.

I use an add-in from MapiLab called "Send Personally". It runs around $20.
Basically, when you have ll of the addresses loaded in the "To:" field, then
you hit the "Send Personally" button. From there, the add-in will process
individual emails for each recipient. I like this, as spam software will
sometimes snag emails that don't have the person's name or email in the "To:"
field. I'm no computer guru like some here, but I've had to customize
Outlook to do some things I wish Microsoft had done from the get-go. This
add-in worked very well for me and I highly recommend it!
