How can i see my e-mail messages and contact from home?

i have a pop3 connection through a ftp server and i recently bought a laptop
and i don't know how o see my mails on the laptop. can you help me pls?
 
Are you trying to view your office mail & info? Does the office have Outlook
Web Access configured?
