how can i see email addresses from emails sent?

somehow this feature mysteriously disappeared- contacts that I frequently
email or have emailed at least one before used to appear in a pull down menu,
now they do not.?????
 
Explain what you mean more clearly.
Include your Outlook version.
Include the precise steps by which you are seeking to access the email
addresses.
