How can i save as TXT ONLY not PLAIN TXT???

I am using word for HTML but if i save as PLAIN TXT it does not show my pics,
I need to save as TXT ONLY but my word does not have this, how can i get
around this problem?
 
Can you explain this better? The whole point of TXT files is that they don't
hold graphics.
