How can I save an email to a file other than 'sent mail?'

When I compose and send an email I would like to have it filed in the proper
sub-directory and not 'sent mail.' Is there a way to do this? Thanks.

Before you send the mail, click View>Options. Just below the middle is
"Save Sent message to" where you can choose the folder.
