How can I return an unwanted email to an unwanted sender?

Is it possible to return unwelcome emails to unwelcome senders without having
to use "reply" or "forward" - or make your email address "invisible" to them
so that the email simply returns to them? I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2002 SP3

HI Harriet,
this feature is only available if you are using exchange server

Why would you want to do that? If you don't want the message just delete it.
We are talking about Junk E-mail here, right? In most of the cases these
messages are either being send from a "domain for a day" or a spoofed
address so you would either get an NDR in return or bug someone who wasn't
responsible for the message in the first place; it's just some more needles
mail traffic.

And what feature would that be? Manual black/whitelisting on the SMTP
connector or user level can be simulated by a client side Junk E-mail
filter. NDR-ing on Junk E-mail is a bad thing; just some needles mail
traffic. Especially on the server side you would want to drop Junk E-mail
before the mailserver even tries to deliver it.
