How can I retrieve my old contacts/e-mail

Hi. I just installed my on the new Vista infomation from my old computer
(Microsoft ME). I cannot retrieve all my contacts and e-mail messages.
Please tell me how to do this. Thank you, Jane

This works for newer versions of Outlook Express, so check if it also
works under ME.

When you transfer the files, include the .wab file, which contain the
contacts.
After you copy the files to the Vista computer, but before you import them
into Windows Mail, check to make sure they are read-write instead of
readonly. Some copying methods make them readonly.
