yes.. click "start".. then click "control panel"
double click "add or remove programs"
on the left youll see "add/remove windows components"
click it.
when its done.. scroll down and uncheck "windows
messenger"
click "next" and follow the next steps.
To remove Windows Messenger, close down Messenger if it's running (right click the messenger
icon in the notification area/system tray and click close). Then click the start button,
then click Run and type in (copy-paste if you like):
