How can I remove the minimize/maximize buttons from IE 6.0

I am running terminal services and want to prevent kiosk users from min/max IE 6.0 anyone know how I can do this?

Have you tried running Internet Explorer in Kiosk Mode?

Start/Run and type iexplore.exe -k and press OK. You can also create a
shortcut with this as the command.
