How can I recover e-mais from a OST file?

Hello all

My profile was damaged but I could recovery some files. I have now a OST
file but I can't recover information.

Please, could you help me to recover mails from ost file?

Outlook 2003 SP2
 
The ost-file is only a local copy of your Exchange mailbox. The first time
you connect to the Exchange server it will be recreated.
