how can i recieve BCC despite using message rules?

i use message rules to filter email between different email addresses, but
none now recieve email that come as BCC, and i can't find any rule conditions
that apply to BCC. please help

Try filtering based on text in the header of the mail item. Your address has
to be in the header somewhere since the item got to you.

No, it doesn't A Bcc uses the SMTP envelope to specify the recipient
address and there's no requirement for an SMTP receiver to include the
envelope information in the headers.
