how can I receive massamges with out clicking send/receive?

Dera Friends,

how can I receive massages with out clicking on send and receive each time.
I have chosen the automaticlly option every 5 minutes but still i do not
receive any massages till I click on send and receive. the other thing is hoe
can I apply my e mail signature for the reply massage.
