how can i read chinese on winxp without installing a software?

hi everyone,
my administrator limit my user account and i cannot install anything on my
desktop in my office. but i want to read chinese newspaper or document on the
web. is there any software i can use so as to read the chinese without
installing it into my harddisk or any software simply overide/change my user
account's right so i can install a software??? ;P

Hi,

Most companies would consider either of those acts an unacceptable violation
of their computer security policy. Ask the network administrator to install
Chinese IME for you. If your reasons are business related, they will likely
accomodate you. If they are not, then you should not be using thier system
in this way. Use your home system.
