when u r finished editing your video in Movie Maker;

click on "file", scroll down to "Save Movie", and then
choose "Save to the web" (or something like tat). then
just follow the steps...its all free, but not very
exciting unless u purchase a certain amount of space or
something. hope i got this right..was off the top of my
head
