How can I print the task list including the notes for each one?

Hi,

I'd like to print my task list to include the notes/details I entered in the
box below the pull down menus in the task entry window. If there are any
notes entered, they I want them to be shown below the respective task on my
printed list.

Any idea how I can do this?

Thanks,
Sam

You would need to choose the Memo Style and print the individual task items. Outlook cannot combine the full notes text with a list printout.

I have a Task View which shows the notes for the task and can be printed. I
am setting up someone elses outlook in the same way but cannot now find out
how I did this. Can anyone tell me because it can be done! I can send a
sample of the printout.

Try turning on autopreview or describing how the notes appear.

excellent, that does it, I can now see the notes for the task, it may be
worth mentioning that I use the field Task Subject form All Mail Fields and
I'm using Outlook 2007. To be able to see and print a View with the Tasks AND
their Notes is invaluable. I am sure that many others would benefit from
knowing how to do this and it certainly isnt obvious. Thanks for you help.

you're welcome. I suggest you turn on and leave on the Advanced Toolbar as
that's where the best stuff is hiding away in Outlook. - including the
Autopreview on/off button.

WHY NOT????? WHY CAN'T MS NOT MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO PRINT OUT THE ENTIRE MEMO
FIELD FOR BOOKLET STYLE, WHICH WOULD ENABLE US TO PRINT OUT OUR ENTIRE
ADDRESS BOOK?
