I am trying to print an formula solution at the very bottom of the page with
the margins set at 0 but am unable to accomplish this task. Nor am I able to
create a formula in the footer. Is it possible to achieve this or am I
wasting my time?

Most printers, especially InkJet printers, have a non-printable area at the
bottom of the page. The reason is that the rollers need to be able to hold
the paper while the print head prints or you get smudges. The laser
printers are different since the sheets of paper has to go through the fuser
and therefore there is another set of rollers to hold the paper after the
drum.

Suggest you check the printer manual for the size of the non-printable area
of your printer first.
