how can I print address labels in word from multiple contact fold.

I am using Office XP 2003 . I am trying to print address labels in word from
contacts in Outlook. Outlook contacts are divided into 7 sub folders by
catagories.I can not get the drop down in the Label Wizard to show the 7 sub
folders for me to select and print labels of a sug folder in contacts. Thanks

Why would you use both Categories and Subfolders?
Did you enable each subfolder as an email address book?
