How can I prevent (not delete!) completed tasks to occur on taskp.

How can I prevent completed tasks to occur on taskpad when printing the
calendar in outlook? I would like to see the things to do, not the things
I've done. In other words: I'd like to see a short list of things to do next
to the daily calendar, without deleting the completed tasks.
 
I just discovered that the tasks that appear in the TaskPad are determined by
the "Selected Days" - and the Selected Days are determined by the Calendar
View, i.e., 1 Day, 5 Work Week, 7 Week, or 31 Month. So if you select the
month view, all tasks that were Active at some point during that Month show
up - whether they have been completed or are still active. So to see the
tasks that still active today you have to set the calendar to view just "1
Day" and make sure you are looking at today's date. Tasks you completed
today will still show up - I think - but old completed tasks will not.
