how can I override a Group policy if admin is logged in?

I have applied a GPO using loopback processing to a specific server. Because
of this, any user that logs onto this server receives the applicable
security settings I set up in the GPO. However, so does the local
administrator on this machine. How can I configure so that the local admin
account will override the GPO applied to the server?

Thanks,

Brad

In the security tab of the GPO, make sure that Administrators have
"Deny" for the right to "Apply this policy".
