how can i open an outlook 2003 email with outlook 2002? and is there a plugin

What EXACTLY do you mean by " how can i open an outlook 2003 email with
outlook 2002"? Both Outlook 2003 and 2007 save emails as *.msg files and
both can open them.
Please provide much more detail. Thank you.

i didnt say outlook 2003 and 2007 i said outlook 2002 and 2003.

I have outlook 2002 i have recieved an email with an attachment from a user
with outlook 2003, i cant open the attachment as an error pops up saying...

(Outlook cannot open this message. A newer version, such as outlook 2003 or
later, is required to open this message)

Now is there a plugin for outlook 2002 that i can download to be able to
open this attachment/email? or another way round opening it?

Get the Outlook 2003 user to do the following:

On the outlook 2003 machine in tools>>options>>other>>Advanced
options>>Uncheck the box that reads "Use Unicode Message Format when saving
messages". Then have the Outlook 2003 user drag and drop a new email and
test to see if you can open it using Outlook 2002
