How can I open a WinCE note or Word document using Office 2003?

I have a new PDA - I can transfer files from the PDA to the PC without a
problem, but then Office will not open the file - it does not recognize the
extension(s).

You need to ask the manufacturer of the PDA, or the company who provided the
software you use for creating these files on the PDA.
