You want to summarize your question in the subject line (which you did) but
expand upon it a bit in the message body area (here, where I'm typing this).
It's always a good idea to mention what version of PPT you use and what
versions of any other software involved - Corel Presentations for example.
In this case, PPT version doesn't matter; PPT can't open Corel Presentations
files.
Corel Presentations can save as Powerpoint, though, can't it? I'd give that a
try if possible, then open the resulting file in Powerpoint.
