How can i move from cells using the arrows

I used to be able to move from cell to cell using the arrow keys. Now all of
sudden it's not letting me do that. I can only move from cell to cell using
my mouse and clicking on the cell, and/or using the tab function. Anyone
know what I did to make my worksheet stop allowing me to do that?

You may have pressed the Scroll Lock or Num Lock keys on your keyboard
- you want Num Lock on and Scroll Lock off.
