how can I move a Public folder (exchange 2003)

How can I move Public Folders from 1 exchange 2003 server to an other
Exchange 2003 server (in an other domain).
There is no routing or duplicating between them.
 
You can use a .pst file for that, since it can be opened in both profiles.
