How can I merge contact lists?

Under "My Contacts" I have two lists: "Contacts" and "Club Members". Is
there any way to merge these two lists or copy the Club Member entries into
Contacts without doing each entry separately.
 
Open the contacts folder you want to merge into the other one - select all,
drag and drop to the other contacts foldes.
