How can i link a table/query from Access 2003 to Excel 2003 file?

I'm new at working with access and part of my job is to make links between
Access 2003 and Excel 2003 so my boss can print view a graph of the data
gathered.

Need more information.
Are you graphing in Excel or Access? (personally, I'd use Excel,
because for some reason, Excel exposes more of the Chart object than
Access does.) You can link to queries and tables in Access... Just
use the Tools, Import External Data functions in Excel and away you
go...
 
Or prototype it in excel, to get a grasp of the "hidden" fetatures
Looking through the graph help file might be useful too (it's graph8.hlp, as
far as I can recall)
