I have Windows 2000 servers on NT 4 domain. The users are making folders
and subfolders that are 15 deep! Some of the folder names are 40 characters
in lenght.

Is there a way to set it so they can't make any folders after 10 deep?

And also set it so the users can't exceed 10 characters in the name?

Thanks.

You don't. 215.3 LFN's and 255-deep directory capabilities are built into
the kernel.
