How can I let another application send an automated email without.

I've got an external application that tries to send out automated e-mail
messages to people in our company when certain events occur. The problem is
that every time it attempts to send an e-mail, Outlook prompts the user to
verify it's OK for this app to send an e-mail. Is there anyway to make this
stop happening?
