How can I kill the OEM vendors splash screen on TS login?

Dell put an image of their server with their logo behind
the login box on every terminal services session. How can
I kill that to get it back to just a plain gray or blue
screen? Downloading that image over a low bandwidth
connection is taking forever when trying to do remote
administration.
 
In your terminal services configuration, put a check in
the box that says, "Use standard Windows authentiation".
This is found on the general tab of the configuration
window.
