How can I import Netscape email & addresses into Outlook

I am wanting to migrate from netscape to Outlook. Is there any way I can
transfer my Netscape email files and addresses into Outllook

Apologises, I should have mentioned I have Netscape 7.2 and are attempting to
move to Outlook 2003. O2003 does not appear to cater for 7.2 , the only
option avilable from those suggested is mailing all my mails to myself. This
is something that I am trying to avoid if possible

First you have to migrate your messages from NS 7.2 to NS 4.7. Then you can
move them to Outlook.
