How Can I import addresses and mailbox from Outlook 2003 to 2007?

Tried Easy transfer, and importing pst files via outlook 2007. No success.
I want to import my mailboxes and address books from Outlook 2003 to 2007

Never use Import for pst files. Instead, use File, Open Outlook Data File on
the OL menu after copying the pst file to your new hard drive. Do not
overwrite the new outlook.pst file.
