how can I have my new mail account or

what's the POP3 and the SMTP??? the first time I uses the mail it worked
perfetly, now I don' have any info, I can't send or received e mails. I lost
the account that I opened here. Where the info gone? I tried putting the
same info that I had in my desktop but not working for my notebook????I
really need help.Thanks.

If you mean you need to information of the pop3 and smtp server settings
then contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider)...
