How can I have autocomplete name suggestions in Outlook 2003?

I am currently using the Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. Although, I have
checked the box Suggest names while completing TO, CC & BCC fields
(Tools/Options/Preferences/e-mail options/Advanced e-mail options/Suggest
names while completing TO, CC & BCC fields), the outlook doesn't give me this
option. It doesn't suggests me any name. How can I correct this?

Have you sent enough messages to have populated your autocompletion cache?
