How can I get Word 2003 out of safe mode?

I get can't get Windows 2003 out of the safe mode. There are no files I can
find causing the problem and I have created a new normal.dot file. Every
time I start Word it is in the safe mode. Help
 
I would quickly save all important files to diskette or cd and then reinstall
windows. You may lose all data on you pc and have to reinstall everything.
But you will be up and running correctly, if your hard drive is not messed up
that is. If you are unsure in anyway about this, you should get a pro or
someone that knows what they are doing to fix this.
