how can i get update my sound system

i have lost the sound of my computer,i cant hear my music or movies,i really
dont know what to do,i bought my pc offcourse with almost everythin,there
wasnt even a problem with the voice.anyone help me!!!

part of MSOffice.
Try posting this question in an approporiate "multimedia" type newsgroup.
