how can I get the path for the error ORA-01458

it is told on the microsoft web site that to resolve this
problem i must contact "the microsoft support service"
and they will send me the patch.

THERE IS TONS OF MICROSOFT SUPPORT SERVICE... which one
must i contact and how much it will cost...
