How can I get solitare back?

Iv'e managed to lose solitare on my laptop which has XP. I aslo have XP on
my desktop. Both have internet conection. Could anyone please tell me how
to get solitare back to my laptop becasue when my wife and I go away in our
motor caravan she likes to play solitare.

from Start>Run to see if Solitaire has been uninstalled or not.

Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> Add/Remove Windows Components ->
Accessories and Utilities -> Games

Check if you have solitare installed first. Go to start menu, click on run
and type sol.exe. If solitaire appears, close it down. Go to your desktop and
right click new>shortcut. When the dialog appears to type in location, copy
and paste or type the following: C:\system32\sol.exe then click next. Type in
a name for your shortcut, Solitaire would be good, then click finish. On your
desktop should then appear a pack of cards for your wife to shuffle....have
fun!

I tried what was sugested with no luck then I clicked onto "Start" then
"All Prgrams" then "Games" and the "Games" fold read "Empty" so I supose in
my stupidity I must have deleted it. I wonder if it is possible to downlaod
a replacement from the web although I do have a Microsoft Words, Toshiba Toos
and Utilities and Product recovery disc in the laptop case.

in c:\windows/system is SOL.EXE .. That is Solitary

brian, go to add remove programs. select windows setup tab. select remove
accessories.then reinstall accessories. voila!! solitare back. of course, you
have to insert the windows xp disc in your cdrom to reinstall accessories.

Hi, again. I wanted to ask, do you use the same windows xp installation disc
on your laptop and your desktop?? reason I ask is that I have been offered a
new, sealed edition of windows xp which came with a laptop. I have a desktop
pc and am hoping that winxp for the laptop is compatible with my desktop
