How can I get my formulas to update automatically without pressing the F2 key?

Hello,

All of a sudden, my formulas stopped updating automatically. I notice the word "Calculate" in the left hand corner of my worksheet. I have not been able to find anything in the help section to solve this problem

Please Help!!

goto 'Tools - Options - Calculate' and check 'Automated calculation'
